As the owner of It’s Her Brand Enterprises, Ashley Rae has 18 years of marketing and personal branding experience, 15 years of business development experience, and 10 years of nonprofit development and professional speaking experience. A unique combination of Development Coach, Development Speaker, Editor, and Author, Ashley Rae’s life mission is to empower and equip women with the ability to be Purposeful, Intentional, and Engaged in the lives they’re living by helping them be proactive about cultivating Her Brand.

Ashley Rae passionately represents the Be a Foster Movement as her official platform as the current Mrs. Central States International 2020. She’s the former Mrs. Midwest International 2017 and Mrs. North Dakota International 2016, Cancer Survivor and Founder of the Cope Well Foundation, and a very active community member. Above all, she is a friend, a daughter, a devoted wife to Andrew, a proud mom to their three-year-old son, Micah, and a humble servant to the foster children who are welcomed into their home. The family resides near Grand Forks, North Dakota, with their two puppies, Bella and Barklee.

Ashley Rae has been featured by numerous media outlets, such as: The North Dakota Today Show, The University of North Dakota’s Alumni Review Magazine, Prairie Business Magazine, Grand Cities Woman Magazine, the Fargo Forum ‘She Says’ Publication, the Grand Forks Herald Publication, and many other media outlets. She has also received numerous awards for the work that she does, including: Prairie Business Magazine’s 2014 ‘40 Under 40’ Promising Young Professionals Award, Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals 2015 ‘4 Under 40’ Award, Grand Cities Woman 2015 ‘Grand Woman of the Year’ Award and Grand Forks Herald 2015 Hometown Hero Award. Two years in a row she placed Top 15 at the 2016 and 2017 Mrs. International Pageant in Jacksonville, Florida, and then again in Charleston, WV.
